The active ingredient of the drug is all-rac-α-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) in the amount of 100 mg per capsule.
Other excipients: refined peanut oil, gelatin, glycerin, red cochineal (E 124).
Dosage
Oral administration.
Recommended dose
Unless your doctor directs otherwise, teenagers and adults usually take 1 or 2 capsules daily.

Action
Vitamin E is an essential nutrient, but its role is still not fully understood. Together with catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and selenium, it is part of a system that protects the cell from the effects of oxygen free radicals. It protects polyunsaturated fatty acids in membranes and other cellular structures, stabilizes cell membranes and
cellular organelles, prevents hemolysis of red blood cells. Protection from oxygen radical damage appears to be important for the development and function of the nervous and muscular systems. Vitamin E can also act as a cofactor in some enzyme systems. Takes part in glucose oxidation and glycogenolysis. Participates in the metabolism of lipids: prostaglandins and cholesterol. Epidemiological studies indicate an association between daily vitamin E intake and the risk of coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis, and other diseases whose pathogenesis is associated with oxidative stress. Vitamin E reduces platelet aggregation activity.

Treatment and prevention of vitamin E deficiency in adults and adolescents.
Contraindications
When not to use Vitamin E Hasco
if you are allergic to the active substance (vitamin E) or any other ingredient of the drug;
with vitamin K deficiency.”
