“Composition of the drug
The active ingredient is tadalafil. Each tablet contains 10 mg tadalafil.
Other ingredients: tablet core: lactose monohydrate, povidone K 30, poloxamer type 188, sodium lauryl sulfate, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate; tablet shell: polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 3350, talc, yellow iron oxide (E172), red iron oxide (E172).

Dosage
For oral use.
Adult men: Swallow 1 tablet whole with a small amount of water (can be taken with or without food). The medicine should be taken at least 30 minutes before planned sexual activity. The medicine may be effective for up to 36 hours after taking the tablet.
The drug is intended for emergency use as needed. Do not use more than once a week, do not take more than 1 tablet.
The drug will not work in the absence of sexual stimulation.

Action

If you have severe heart disease or have had a heart attack within the last 90 days.
If you have had a stroke within the last 6 months.
If you have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
If you have ever had vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), known as “”ocular palsy””.
If you are taking riociguat (eg Adempas). This is a medication used to treat pulmonary hypertension (i.e., high blood pressure in the lungs) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (i.e., high pressure in the lungs caused by blood clots). Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, such as Tadalafil Maxigra, have been shown to enhance the blood pressure-lowering effects of this medication.
