500 mg orotic acid, magnesium salt dihydrate
Excipients
Sodium croscarmellose, Highly dispersed silicon dioxide, Microcrystalline cellulose, Povidone K30, Magnesium stearate (vegetable), corn starch, Lactose-1-water, Sodium cyclamate, talc.
Scope:
Magnesium deficiency if it is the cause of muscle activity disorders (neuromuscular disorders, calf muscle cramps).
Prevention of magnesium deficiency in cases of increased need.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over:
Recommended dose:
Take 2 tablets 3 times daily for one week to replenish stores (equivalent to 196.8 mg or 8.1 mmol magnesium).
Thereafter, it is recommended to take 2-3 tablets per day (65.6-98.4 mg or 2.7-4.05 mmol magnesium).
Children under 12 years:
The medicine is not suitable for this age group.
Duration of use
The medicine can be taken for a long time.
Contraindications
The medicine should not be taken if you are allergic to magnesium orotate dihydrate or any other ingredient of this medicine.
In cases of severe renal failure, severe muscle fatigue (myasthenia) and conduction system disorder of the heart (AV block).
