Rhinospray Plus by Sanofi‑Aventis Deutschland contains tramazoline hydrochloride and a blend of essential oils (levomenthol, camphor, cineole) in a fine-dose nasal spray. It’s designed to quickly relieve nasal congestion caused by colds, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, or tube catarrh.

Dosage:

Use duration:
For short-term treatment only (maximum 5–7 consecutive days). Overuse may lead to rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa). A pause of several days is advised before repeating treatment .

Precautions:
Not for children under 6. Avoid use with narrow-angle glaucoma, dry nasal mucosa, recent brain surgery, severe hypertension, heart disease, prostate enlargement, diabetes, or thyroid disorders without medical advice. Contraindications
The medicine should not be taken
