Composition per sachet.
Active ingredients: ibuprofen 200 mg (as sodium salt dihydrate 256 mg).
Excipients: sucrose, potassium bicarbonate, orange flavor, acesulfame potassium, aspartame (E 951).
Directions
Moment 200 mg oral suspension is an over-the-counter drug based on ibuprofen, indicated for the treatment of pain of various origins and nature, such as:
Menstrual cramps.
Heart pain.
Toothache.
Neuralgia.
Bone and joint and muscle pain.
Also useful as an adjuvant in the symptomatic treatment of feverish and flu-like conditions.
Method of administration and dosage
Adults and adolescents over 12 years old: 1-2 sachets two to three times a day.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water, stirring with a teaspoon until completely dissolved, and drink the solution immediately.
Do not exceed 6 sachets per day.
If you need to use the drug for more than 3 days in adolescents or if symptoms worsen, consult a doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended doses; Elderly patients should especially adhere to the minimum dosages indicated above.
Take the drug on a full stomach.
Contraindications
Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance, other antirheumatic drugs (acetylsalicylic acid, etc.) or to any of the excipients.
Active or severe gastroduodenal ulcer or other gastropathy.
History of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation related to previous active treatment, or history of recurrent gastric ulcer/bleeding (two or more separate episodes of confirmed ulceration or bleeding).
Severe hepatic or renal impairment.
Severe cardiac impairment.
The aspartame-containing sachet form is contraindicated in patients with phenylketonuria.”
