Active ingredients
100 mg collagen complex, natural, 10 mg vitamin E, 25 mg MSM, 250 mg chondroitin sulfate, 400 mg glucosamine hydrochloride (crustaceans), 5 mcg vitamin D3, 1 mg manganese, 50 mcg selenium.

Scope
An innovative combination of vitamins and microelements, as well as five essential components for the nutrition of joints and cartilage.
Vitamin C supports the formation of collagen and thus contributes to the normal function of cartilage and bone, as well as the intervertebral discs.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal use of calcium and phosphorus and thus maintains healthy bones.
Selenium, manganese and vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Dosage
For the first two weeks, take one tablet twice a day, without chewing, with a little liquid, preferably during or after meals.
