🕒 How to Use

• Adults: Dissolve 1–2 tablets in ~200 ml water, take every 4–8 hours as needed. Maximum 3 doses/day, or as directed on the package .

• Duration: Use for no more than 2–3 days unless advised by a doctor.

⚠️ Precautions & Side Effects

• NSAID risks: Can cause stomach irritation, ulcers, bleeding; use cautiously if you have GI, kidney, liver, or heart issues 

• Not for children under 12—avoid in teenagers with viral illnesses (risk of Reye’s syndrome) .

Active ingredients:

The drug is used for:
mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, menstrual pain, painful complaints that occur in the context of a cold (eg, headache, sore throat and body aches).
Fever.

Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
Children * 9-12 years
Single dose: 1 effervescent tablet.
Total daily dose: 3 effervescent tablets.
Adolescents * and adults
Single dose: 1-2 effervescent tablets.
Total daily dose: 3-6 effervescent tablets

Duration of use
A single dose can be taken, if necessary, at intervals of 4 to 8 hours up to 3 times a day.
However, the total daily dose must not be exceeded.
Do not take the medicine for more than 4 days.

Contraindications
Do not take the medicine if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to acetylsalicylic acid, other salicylates, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) or any other ingredient of the medicine;
if you have taken certain medicines for pain, fever or inflammation (salicylates or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs in the past) for asthma attacks or otherwise reacted sensitively;
with acute ulcers of the stomach and intestines;
with a pathologically increased tendency to bleeding;
with liver and kidney failure;
if you have severe heart failure that is not controlled by medication;
if you are taking 15 mg or more of methotrexate per week at the same time;
during the last 3 months of pregnancy.”
