Bondronat (Ibandronic acid) 6mg, 5

Indications

metastatic bone disease in order to reduce the risk of hypercalcemia, pathological fractures, reduce pain, reduce the need for radiation therapy for pain and the risk of fractures;

hypercalcemia in malignant neoplasms.

Contraindications

hypersensitivity to ibandronic acid or other components of the drug;

children’s age (lack of clinical experience);

pregnancy and lactation period.

Carefully:

Cl creatinine <30 ml/min;

hypersensitivity to other bisphosphonates;

when taken orally – in combination with NSAIDs.

Side effects

With a / in the introduction: fever, asthenia, headache; sometimes – flu-like syndrome (fever, chills, ossalgia and myalgia), which in most cases do not require specific treatment and disappear after a few hours or days, hypersensitivity reactions; rarely – dyspepsia, diarrhea; bronchospasm in patients with aspirin bronchial asthma.

On the part of laboratory parameters: often – a decrease in calcium excretion by the kidneys, hypophosphatemia that does not require therapeutic intervention; sometimes – hypocalcemia.

When administered orally: the most frequently observed phenomena were dyspepsia and hypocalcemia.

Very rarely, when prescribing ibandronic acid, osteonecrosis of the jaw was noted.

Knochenmetastasen, um das Risiko von Hyperkalzдmie, pathologischen Frakturen, Schmerzen zu reduzieren, die Notwendigkeit einer Strahlentherapie gegen Schmerzen und das Risiko von Frakturen zu reduzieren;

Hyperkalzдmie bei bцsartigen Neubildungen.

Kontraindikationen

Ьberempfindlichkeit gegen Ibandronsдure oder andere Bestandteile des Arzneimittels;

Alter der Kinder (mangelnde klinische Erfahrung);

Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit.

Sorgfдltig:

Cl-Kreatinin < 30 ml/min;

Ьberempfindlichkeit gegen andere Bisphosphonate;

bei oraler Einnahme – in Kombination mit NSAIDs.

Nebenwirkungen

Mit einem / in der Einleitung: Fieber, Asthenie, Kopfschmerzen; manchmal – grippeдhnliches Syndrom (Fieber, Schьttelfrost, Ossalgie und Myalgie), das in den meisten Fдllen keiner besonderen Behandlung bedarf und nach einigen Stunden oder Tagen verschwindet, Ьberempfindlichkeitsreaktionen; selten – Dyspepsie, Durchfall; Bronchospasmus bei Patienten mit Aspirin Asthma bronchiale.

Seitens der Laborparameter: hдufig – eine Abnahme der Kalziumausscheidung durch die Nieren, Hypophosphatдmie, die keine therapeutische Intervention erfordert; manchmal – Hypokalzдmie.

Bei oraler Verabreichung: Die am hдufigsten beobachteten Phдnomene waren Dyspepsie und Hypokalzдmie.

Sehr selten wurde bei der Verschreibung von Ibandronsдure eine Osteonekrose des Kiefers festgestellt.
