Butylscopolalaminium bromide 10 mg

Paracetamol 500 mg

Application areas
The drug is an antispasmodic agent (a combination of antispasmodic and analgesic active ingredients).
It is used for cramping pain in diseases of the stomach and intestines, cramping pain and functional disorders in the biliary tract, urinary tract and female genital organs (for example, painful menstruation).
If after 3-4 days you do not feel better or feel worse, consult a doctor.
Dosage
The recommended dose is:
Adults and young people aged 12 years and over
Single dose: 1-2 tablets.
Maximum daily dose (24 hours): 6 tablets.
The maximum daily dose (24 hours) should not be exceeded under any circumstances, and the time interval between taking the next film-coated tablet(s) (if necessary) should be at least 8 hours.
Contraindications
The medicine should not be taken
if you have hypersensitivity (allergy) to butylscopolamine bromide, paracetamol or any of the other ingredients.
if you have or suspect a mechanical narrowing (stenosis) of the gastrointestinal tract (e.g. due to a tumor or a kink in the intestine).
if your intestine is blocked and does not work properly (paralytic or obstructive ileus (intestinal paralysis or ileus)). Symptoms include severe abdominal pain with no bowel movement and/or nausea/vomiting.
in case of abnormal enlargement of the colon (megacolon).
in case of urinary retention due to mechanical narrowing of the urinary tract (e.g. enlarged prostate gland).
in case of glaucoma (angle-closure glaucoma).
with abnormally fast heartbeat, palpitations and irregular heartbeat.
in case of a special form of pathological muscle weakness (myasthenia).
in case of severe liver dysfunction.”
