“Composition of the product
Active ingredients:
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50 mg
Diphenhydramine 43.75 mg
Excipients:
Magnesium stearate
Lactose-1-water
Povidone K25
Microcrystalline cellulose
Highly dispersed silicon dioxide

Areas of application
The tablets are a hypnotic from the group of antihistamines.
They are used for the short-term treatment of sleep disorders.
Sedatives/hypnotics should only be used for sleep disorders of clinically significant severity.

Dosage
The recommended dose for adults is 1 tablet (equivalent to 50 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride). This dose should not be exceeded.
The duration of treatment should be as short as possible. As a rule, it should last only a few days and not exceed 2 weeks.

Contraindications
The medicine should not be taken
if you are allergic to diphenhydramine hydrochloride, other antihistamines or any other ingredients of this medicine.
in acute asthma.
in glaucoma (closed-angle glaucoma).
in certain tumors of the adrenal medulla (pheochromocytoma).
in enlarged prostate gland with formation of residual urine.
in epilepsy.
in potassium or magnesium deficiency.
if you have a slow heartbeat (bradycardia).
in certain heart diseases (congenital QT syndrome or other clinically significant heart damage, in particular coronary artery circulatory disorders, conduction disorders, arrhythmia).
in concomitant use of drugs that also prolong the so-called QT interval on the ECG or lead to hypokalemia.
if you simultaneously consume alcohol or so-called “”MAO inhibitors”” (medicines used to treat depression).
during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
children and young people under 18 years of age.”
