Scope
The drug is an analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent for rubbing into the skin.
For external or supportive treatment of muscular rheumatism, degenerative painful diseases of the joints (arthrosis), inflammatory rheumatic diseases of the joints and spine, swelling or inflammation of the soft tissues around the joints (e.g. bursae, tendons, tendon sheaths, ligaments and joint capsules), scapulohumeral periarthritis, back pain, lumbago, sports and accidents such as bruises, strains and dislocations.

The preparation is used 3-4 times a day. Depending on the size of the painful area to be treated, a strip of cream 4-10 cm long is required, which corresponds to 2-5 g of cream (100-250 mg of ibuprofen). The maximum total daily dose is 20 g of cream, which corresponds to 1000 mg of ibuprofen.
The duration of treatment is determined by the attending physician. As a rule, 2-3 weeks of use is sufficient.
Contraindications
The drug should not be used if you have hypersensitivity (allergy) to the active ingredient ibuprofen, other ingredients of the drug or other painkillers and rheumatism medications, open wounds, inflammations or skin infections, as well as eczema or mucous membranes, in the last trimester of pregnancy.
Side effects
Possible side effects:
Local skin reactions such as: B. Redness of the skin, itching, burning, rash with pustules or blisters may occur.
Sometimes hypersensitivity reactions or local allergic reactions (contact dermatitis) may occur.
In very rare cases, narrowing of the airways (bronchospasms) may occur.
When applying the product to a large area of skin and using it for a long time, the occurrence of side effects affecting a specific organ system or the entire body cannot be excluded, for example, those that may occur with the systemic use of drugs containing ibuprofen. Other possible ingredients may cause hypersensitivity reactions, including delayed-type reactions.
