Lorano® 10 mg Melting Tablets is an over-the-counter allergy medication. It helps manage your allergic reactions and associated symptoms.
Areas of application
- Lorano relieves symptoms that occur, for example, in hay fever or allergy to house dust mites (allergic rhinitis), such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy palate and itchy, red or watery eyes.
- Lorano is also used to relieve symptoms such as itching and skin wheals (in chronic urticaria of unknown cause).

Application
Lorano tablets are designed to be placed on the tongue and swallowed. Lorano tablets are fragile. Therefore, handle the tablets carefully and with dry hands.
Dosage :
- Adults and adolescents (12 years and older): One Lorano tablet daily.
- Children aged 2 to 12 years with a body weight over 30 kg: One Lorano tablet once daily.
- Children under 2 years of age or with a body weight of less than 30 kg: Children under 2 years of age or with a body weight of less than 30 kg must not take Lorano.
- Lorano may only be administered to children under 12 years of age on medical prescription.
Type of application :
- Separate one blister unit along the perforations.
- Pull the cover back in the direction of the arrow and carefully remove the tablet. Do not push the tablet out through the cover.
- Immediately after removing the tablet from the package, place it on your tongue. It will melt directly in your mouth. No water is required to swallow the tablet. Lorano dissolves instantly upon contact with saliva in your mouth, so the tablets can be taken without water. They have a sweet orange flavor.
