170mg Valerianae radix, 50mg Lupuli strobilus, 50mg Melissae folium, 50mg Leonuri cardiacae herba and auxiliary substances: potato starch, colloidal anhydrous silica. 1 tablet contains not less than 0.15mg valerenic acids. - Action
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 tablets 3 times a day. In difficulties in falling asleep, 2 tablets half an hour to an hour before bedtime or, if necessary, an additional 2 tablets in the evening. Drink the medicine with a sufficient amount of liquid. - Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 2 tablets 3 times a day. In case of difficulty falling asleep, take 2 tablets half an hour to an hour before bedtime or, if necessary, additionally 2 tablets in the evening. Wash down the medicine with a sufficient amount of liquid. - Contraindications
Allergy to any of the ingredients of the preparation, it is not recommended to use the medicine 2 hours before driving at night and by tired people, pregnancy, lactation.
Side effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everyone will experience them.
None have been reported so far. Due to the content of valerian root, gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, cramps) may occur.
- Interactions
Tell your doctor about all medicines that the patient is currently or recently taking, as well as about medicines that the patient plans to take.
The product may intensify the effect of drugs with a depressant effect on the CNS and interact with drugs that inhibit clotting.
