Application area
Lactofem® vaginal suppositories with lactic acid provide effective support in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Its use helps restore the natural pH level in the vagina, which leads to relief of typical symptoms such as increased discharge and noticeable odor.

How to use:
The vaginal suppository is inserted deep into the vagina once a day – preferably lying on your back, with your legs slightly tucked in.
Tip: To prevent premature expulsion of the vaginal suppository as much as possible, it is recommended to use it in the evening before going to bed. During use, it is recommended to use panty liners, as watery discharge may sometimes occur due to the excellent solubility of vaginal suppositories.

Important instructions:
It is not recommended to use Lactofem® vaginal suppositories with lactic acid simultaneously with condoms, as this may reduce their resistance to rupture and compromise safety.
