Pharmacological action – local anesthetic.

Dosage and administration

The dosage regimen should be selected based on the response of the patient and the site of administration. The drug should be administered at the lowest concentration and lowest dose that gives the desired effect. The maximum dose for adults should not exceed 300 mg.

The volume of solution to be administered depends on the size of the anesthetized area. If there is a need to administer a larger volume with a low concentration, then the standard solution is diluted with physiological saline (0.9% sodium chloride solution). Breeding is carried out immediately before the introduction.

For children, elderly and debilitated patients, the drug is administered in smaller doses, corresponding to their age and physical condition.

In adults and children aged 12-18 years, a single dose of lidocaine should not exceed 5 mg/kg with a maximum dose of 300 mg.

Dosierung und Anwendung

Das Dosierungsschema sollte basierend auf dem Ansprechen des Patienten und der Verabreichungsstelle ausgewдhlt werden. Das Medikament sollte in der niedrigsten Konzentration und niedrigsten Dosis verabreicht werden, die die gewьnschte Wirkung erzielt. Die Hцchstdosis fьr Erwachsene sollte 300 mg nicht ьberschreiten.

Das Volumen der zu verabreichenden Lцsung hдngt von der GrцЯe des anдsthesierten Bereichs ab. Soll ein grцЯeres Volumen mit niedriger Konzentration verabreicht werden, wird die Standardlцsung mit physiologischer Kochsalzlцsung (0,9 %ige Kochsalzlцsung) verdьnnt. Die Zucht wird unmittelbar vor der Einfьhrung durchgefьhrt.

Bei Kindern, дlteren und geschwдchten Patienten wird das Medikament in kleineren Dosen verabreicht, die ihrem Alter und ihrer kцrperlichen Verfassung entsprechen.

Bei Erwachsenen und Kindern im Alter von 12–18 Jahren sollte eine Einzeldosis von Lidocain 5 mg/kg nicht ьberschreiten, mit einer Hцchstdosis von 300 mg.
