Antihistamines inhibit the release of the neurotransmitter histamine in allergic reactions.

The active ingredient contained in the Livostin eye drops blocks the histamine receptors and thus impedes the release of histamine into the bloodstream.

The drops are used to treat allergic conjunctivitis that occurs in connection with hay fever, mold and house dust allergies.

Contraindication and Contraindications

If you suffer from an allergy to levocabastine, other antihistamines, the preservative or if you have an eye infection, you should refrain from treatment with Livostin eye drops.

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age put one drop in each eye conjunctival sac twice a day.
For worse symptoms, put the same amount in each eye three or four times.
Children between the ages of 6 and 12 receive one drop in each eye twice a day.

Antihistaminika hemmen bei allergischen Reaktionen die Ausschüttung des Botenstoffs Histamin.

Der in den Livostin Augentropfen enthaltene Wirkstoff blockiert die Histamin-Rezeptoren und behindert so die Histamin-Freisetzung in den Blutkreislauf.

Die Tropfen werden zur Behandlung von allergischen Bindehautentzündungen verwendet, wie sie im Zusammenhang mit Heuschnupfen, Schimmelpilz- und Hausstauballergie auftreten.

Kontraindikation und Gegenanzeigen

Leiden Sie an einer Allergie gegen Levocabastin, anderen Antihistaminika, gegen das Konservierungsmittel oder haben Sie eine Augeninfektion, sollten Sie von einer Behandlung mit Livostin Augentropfen absehen.
Dosierung
Erwachsene und Jugendliche über 12 Jahren geben zweimal täglich je einen Tropfen in jeden Augen-Bindehautsack.
Bei schlimmeren Symptomen tropfen Sie dieselbe Menge drei oder viermal in jedes Auge.
Kinder zwischen 6 und 12 Jahren erhalten zweimal täglich einen Tropfen in jedes Auge.
