- Magnokal Asparaginian is indicated for supportive treatment in diseases of the circulatory system and heart muscle (in arrhythmia and hyperactivity of the heart – especially in the context of magnesium and potassium deficiencies and in post-infarction convalescence). It is used for the prevention and treatment of magnesium and potassium deficiency, during convalescence after surgical procedures and infectious diseases. In poisoning with cardiac glycosides, as a supplement during the use of diuretics.
- Contraindications:
- if you are allergic to the active substances or any of the other ingredients of this medicine,
- you have severe kidney failure,
- increased concentration of potassium or magnesium in blood serum,
- urinary tract infections,
- atrioventricular conduction disorders (heart block),
- decreased heart rate (bradycardia),
- myasthenia gravis – a disease characterized by muscle weakness and fatigue,
- significant hypotension.
