Layla is a traditional herbal medicine intended to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety and improve sleep.
The use of this traditional herbal medicine for the stated therapeutic indications is based solely on many years of experience.
Layla is indicated for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over.
Composition
Active ingredients
1 soft capsule contains: Lavender angustifolia Miller 80 mg, etheroleum (lavender essential oil).
Excipients
Capsule contents: Refined rapeseed oil. Capsule shell: gelatin succinylate, glycerol 85%, non-crystallized sorbitol 70%, titanium dioxide, dyes: carminic acid aluminum lake (E 120); Patented aluminum lake blue V (E 131).
Directions for use and dosage
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age take one softgel per day (equivalent to 80 mg of lavender essential oil per day).
Layla should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Directions for use: Oral use.
Softgels should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid (preferably a glass of water).
Duration of treatment: If symptoms persist after two weeks of using the product, consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional.

Layla contains sorbitol.
Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not take this medicine. Use in patients with impaired liver function is not recommended since the components of lavender essence are largely eliminated by metabolism in the liver.
Interactions
Published data show that in humans, lavender essential oil (160 mg/day) does not have a clinically significant effect on the inhibition or induction of CYP 1A2, 2C9, 2C19, 2D6 and 3A4 enzymes. In addition, no clinically significant effect of lavender essential oil on the contraceptive efficacy of combined oral contraceptives was observed.
Pregnancy and lactation
Safety during pregnancy and lactation has not been established. In the absence of sufficient data, use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended. There are no data on fertility.
Preservation
Do not store above 30°C.”
