Pharmacological action – antibacterial.

Indications

Urinary tract infections (cystitis, pyelitis, cystopyelitis, pyelonephritis, chronic prostatitis, epididymitis), gonococcal urethritis, acute bacterial gastroenteritis; pharyngitis, proctitis, cervicitis, typhoid fever.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, pregnancy, lactation, prepubertal age.

Side effects

Anorexia, dyspeptic disorders, headache, dizziness, sleep disturbance, depression, anxiety, irritability, euphoria, disorientation, hallucinations, tinnitus, lacrimation, rash, etc.
