Dosage form:
Orthomol i-Care: granulated powder + 2 capsules
The daily portion contains 14 g of granulated powder and 2 capsules (1.8 g)
It is recommended to take Orthomol i-Care daily: dissolve the contents of the sachet in 100-150 ml of water or juice, and wash down two capsules with the resulting mixture during or after meals.
