Method of administration and dosage
Before use, shake the Cryo Pure® roller well and apply it to the sensitive area (back, back of the head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, thighs, knees, shins, ankles, feet, etc.) 3 times. per day. The roller’s massage ball is ideal for self-massage of localized areas. If necessary, supplement the procedure with manual massage. In this case, wash your hands after use.
