Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate 0.4%, disodium tetraborate decahydrate, boric acid, sodium chloride, water for injection (WFI).

Ocutears Hydro+ is a moisturizing ophthalmic solution based on highly concentrated cross-linked sodium hyaluronate (0.4%), designed to relieve symptoms of dry eyes, even in severe cases, to eliminate eye discomfort and to protect the cornea.
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gives the product high viscoelasticity, which provides excellent hydration and consistency on the ocular surface, providing long-lasting relief from dry eye symptoms such as pain, burning, stinging, foreign body sensation in the eye, eye fatigue and strain, or tearing.
Indicated:
To relieve the symptoms of dry eyes, eye discomfort, and to protect the cornea as a tear substitute, providing long-lasting moisture;
It can be used to moisturize the eyes even when using contact lenses.
It is useful during and after prolonged exposure to sunlight, air conditioning, prolonged use of screens, contact with cleaning agents.
Ocutears Hydro+ can also relieve eye discomfort caused by surgery.
The product is a CE medical device.
How to use and dosage
Instill 1-2 drops in each eye once or more times a day or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.
Before opening the bottle, wash your hands and practice good hygiene during use.
Before first use, pull and completely remove the protective strip.
Gently squeeze to squeeze 1 drop into the eye. Close the bottle tightly after use.
Warnings

If symptoms persist or side effects occur, consult a doctor.
Do not use the product if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of its ingredients.
Do not use the product after the expiration date stated on the package.
Do not use the product if the package is damaged.
Keep away from heat, sunlight, humidity and out of reach of children.
Do not ingest.
Avoid allowing the tip of the container to touch the eyes.
Storage
Store the product below 25°C.
Do not freeze.
Shelf life in undamaged packaging: 24 months.
Expiry date after opening: 90 days.”
