The recommended daily dose is 3 gastro-resistant tablets (equivalent to 300 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day).
After surgery or other interventions on arterial blood vessels (after surgical or interventional procedures on arterial vessels; eg after ACVB; after PTCA)
The recommended daily dose is 1 gastro-resistant tablet (equivalent to 100 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day).
The most optimal time to start treatment with this drug after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is 24 hours after the operation.
For the prevention of transient cerebral infarction (TIA) and cerebral infarction after the onset of previous stages
The recommended daily dose is 1 gastro-resistant tablet (equivalent to 100 mg of acetylsalicylic acid per day).

Side effects
Gastrointestinal complaints such as heartburn, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea.
Minor blood loss from the gastrointestinal tract (microbleeding), gastric or intestinal bleeding. With prolonged use, anemia (iron deficiency anemia) may occur due to hidden blood loss from the stomach or intestines.
