Intended use:

Moderate to severe pain.

Dosage:

Depending on the form of the drug – orally (capsules, oral drops, long-acting coated tablets), rectally (suppositories) or by slow intramuscular, intravenous or subcutaneous injections (solution for injection). The preparation can be taken regardless of meals, the capsules and tablets are swallowed whole and washed down with a small amount of liquid, do not divide or chew, the drops should be taken with a little liquid or for sugar. The dose (depending on the intensity of pain and individual sensitivity) and frequency of use of the drug is determined by the doctor. Warning! Do not use in the treatment of opioid addiction. Alcohol must not be consumed during therapy. For the treatment to be effective and as safe as possible, follow the instructions of the treating physician. Familiarize yourself with the properties of the drug described in the leaflet before using it. Before using the drug, check the expiry date stated on the package (label). Do not use this medicine after the expiry date. Store the drug in a tightly closed container, out of the reach and sight of children, in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements. This medicine has been prescribed by your doctor to treat a specific medical condition. It should not be transferred to other people or used in other circumstances without consulting a doctor.

Inform the doctor:

When you are hypersensitive to tramadol or other ingredients of the preparation, epilepsy, liver and / or kidney diseases, you are addicted to opioids, epilepsy, and prone to seizures of cerebral origin. When you are taking monoamioxidase inhibitors – MAOIs (or have taken them in the 14 days prior to treatment), antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, sleeping pills and other central nervous system depressants. In addition, inform your doctor about all recently taken medications, even over-the-counter medications. If you are pregnant or suspect that you are breastfeeding. It is not recommended to use the preparation during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Bol o srednim i duzym nasileniu.

Dawkowanie:

W zaleznosci od postaci leku – doustnie (kapsulki, krople doustne, tabletki powlekane o przedluzonym dzialaniu), doodbytniczo (czopki) lub w powolnych wstrzyknieciach domiesniowych, dozylnych lub podskornych (roztwor do wstrzykiwan). Preparat mozna przyjmowac niezaleznie od posilkow, kapsulki i tabletki polykajac w calosci i popijajac niewielka iloscia plynu, nie dzielic ani nie rozgryzac, krople nalezy przyjmowac z niewielka iloscia plynu lub na cukier. Dawke (w zaleznosci od intensywnosci bolu i indywidualnej wrazliwosci) i czestotliwosc stosowania leku ustala lekarz. Uwaga! Nie stosowac w leczeniu uzaleznien od opioidow. W czasie terapii nie wolno spozywac alkoholu. Aby leczenie bylo skuteczne i jak najbardziej bezpieczne nalezy przestrzegac zalecen lekarza prowadzacego. Zapoznaj sie z wlasciwosciami leku opisanymi w ulotce przed jego zastosowaniem. Przed zastosowaniem leku nalezy sprawdzic date waznosci podana na opakowaniu (etykiecie). Nie nalezy stosowac leku po terminie waznosci. Przechowuj lek w szczelnie zamknietym opakowaniu, w miejscu niedostepnym i niewidocznym dla dzieci, zgodnie z wymogami producenta. Lek ten zostal przepisany przez lekarza prowadzacego celem leczenia konkretnego schorzenia. Nie nalezy go odstepowac innym osobom ani uzywac w innych okolicznosciach bez konsultacji z lekarzem.

Poinformuj lekarza:

Gdy masz nadwrazliwosc na tramadol lub pozostale skladniki preparatu, padaczke, schorzenia watroby i/lub nerek, jestes uzalezniony od opioidow, padaczke, sklonnosc do wystepowania drgawek pochodzenia mozgowego. Gdy przyjmujesz leki z grupy inhibitorow monoamioksydazy – MAO (lub zazywales je w ciagu 14 dni poprzedzajacych leczenie), leki przeciwdepresyjne, leki przeciwlekowe, nasenne i inne leki dzialajace hamujaco na osrodkowy uklad nerwowy. Ponadto nalezy poinformowac lekarza o wszystkich ostatnio przyjmowanych lekach, nawet tych dostepnych bez recepty. Jesli jestes lub przypuszczasz, ze jestes w ciazy, a takze gdy karmisz piersia. Nie zaleca sie stosowania preparatu w okresie ciazy i karmienia piersia.
