Directions
Cibalginafor granules for oral solution 400 mg is indicated for pain of various origins and nature: headache, toothache, neuralgia, muscle and bone-joint pain, menstrual pain.
Method of administration and dosage
Adults, elderly and adolescents over 12 years old: one sachet 2-3 times a day.
Warnings
Do not exceed a dose of 1200 mg (3 tablets or 3 sachets) within 24 hours. Elderly patients should adhere to the specified minimum doses. If the use of the drug for more than 3 days is necessary in adolescents or if symptoms worsen, consult a doctor.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
Do not administer to children under 12 years of age;
Subjects with hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid or other analgesics, antipyretics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), especially when hypersensitivity is associated with nasal polyposis, angioedema and/or asthma;
Severe or active peptic ulcer disease;
History of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation related to previous active treatment, or history of recurrent gastric ulcer/bleeding (two or more separate episodes of confirmed ulceration or bleeding);
Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency. – Severe heart failure (NYHA class IV);
Third trimester of pregnancy;
Cibalginafor should not be administered to patients with clinical conditions that determine an increased tendency to bleeding.”
