“Composition of the product
Active ingredients:
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50 mg
Diphenhydramine 43.75 mg
Excipients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, Lactose, Povidone K25, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate, Crospovidone

Areas of application
It is used for short-term treatment of sleep disorders.

Dosage
The recommended dose, unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, is:
Adult:
Adults 1 tablet (equivalent to 50 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride). This dose should not be exceeded.
Duration of use:
The duration of treatment should be as short as possible. As a rule, it should last only a few days and not exceed 2 weeks.

Contraindications
The medicine should not be taken
if you are allergic to diphenhydramine hydrochloride, other antihistamines or any of the other ingredients of this medicine,
with certain tumors of the adrenal medulla (pheochromocytoma),
with enlarged prostate gland with the formation of residual urine,
with urinary retention,
with epilepsy,
with potassium or magnesium deficiency,
if you have a slow heartbeat (bradycardia),
with certain heart diseases (congenital QT syndrome or other clinically significant heart disease, in particular coronary artery circulatory disorders, conduction disorders, arrhythmias),
with the simultaneous use of drugs that also prolong the so-called QT interval on the ECG (eg, class IA or III antiarrhythmic drugs, antibiotics, antimalarials, neuroleptics, serotonin reuptake inhibitors such as citalopram, escitalopram) or cause hypokalemia (eg, some diuretics),
if you are taking alcohol or so-called MAO inhibitors (drugs used to treat depression) at the same time,
for children and adolescents under 18,
during pregnancy or breastfeeding,
In acute asthma, glaucoma (angle glaucoma), enlarged prostate gland, adrenal gland tumor, gastric ulcer and/or duodenal ulcer, as well as narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract and narrowing of the bladder outlet, severe intolerance may occur when taking the medicine.”
