“Composition
Active ingredients:
600 mg paracetamol, 7.5 mg doxylamine hydrosuccinate, 15 mg dextromethorphan hydrobromide-1-water, 8 mg ephedrine hemisulfate
Excipients:
Quinoline yellow, Brilliant blue FCF, Sodium benzoate
30 mg sodium benzoate, Anethole, Purified water, Sodium citrate-2-water, 8250 mg sucrose, Citric acid monohydrate, Macrogol 6000, 4300 mg ethanol 96% (v/v), Glycerin
Indication:
This medicine contains:
Paracetamol, a proven analgesic and antipyretic agent.
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that acts on the cough center. It suppresses the urge to cough without suppressing the necessary cough.
Ephedrine hemisulfate is an active ingredient that reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa, facilitating deep breathing.
Doxylamine succinate, an active ingredient that, among other things, reduces runny nose.
It is used for the symptomatic treatment of common complaints such as headaches, body aches or sore throats, fever, runny nose and dry cough due to colds or flu infections.
Dosage:
Always take this medicine exactly as described or exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, check with your doctor or pharmacist.
The recommended dose is:
Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over take 30 ml once a day in the evening before bedtime.
Contraindications:
The medicine should not be taken
if you are allergic to paracetamol, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, ephedrine hemisulfate, doxylamine succinate or any other ingredients of this medicine.
with high blood pressure, heart disease and thyroid gland;
with bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive airway disease, pneumonia, respiratory depression (respiratory depression), inadequate breathing (respiratory failure);
with glaucoma (increased intraocular pressure);
with existing liver/kidney damage (including due to alcohol abuse), severe liver and kidney dysfunction, adrenal tumor (pheochromocytoma);
with enlarged prostate gland with formation of residual urine and significant difficulty in urination;
with seizure disorders (epilepsy), brain damage;
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
if treated simultaneously or within two weeks with certain antidepressants (MAO inhibitors or SSRIs);
children and adolescents under 16 years of age;
if not all of the active ingredients mentioned are needed in case of a cold or flu-like infection.”
