Directions
Dexketoprofen Pensavital 25 mg is a symptomatic agent for the treatment of mild to moderate pain, such as musculoskeletal pain, dysmenorrhea, toothache.

Method of administration and dosage
Dosage: Adults
recommended dosage: 25 mg every 8 hours.
Maximum daily dose: 75 mg.
Directions for use:
The tablet should be swallowed with a sufficient amount of liquid, such as a glass of water. In acute pain, take at least 30 minutes before meals to avoid delayed absorption.

Note:
Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible period of time necessary to control symptoms.

Long-term use
Not intended for long-term use. Limit to the symptomatic period.

Paediatric use. Use in children and adolescents has not been studied. Do not use in these age groups.

Elderly
Start with a total daily dose of 50 mg. Do not increase the dose until good general tolerability has been achieved.

Impaired liver function.
Start with a total daily dose of 50 mg in patients with mild to moderate liver impairment. Do not use in severe liver impairment.

Renal insufficiency.
In patients with mild renal impairment, the initial dose should be reduced to 50 mg per day. Do not use in moderate to severe renal impairment.”
