Easysleep is an innovative dietary supplement (film-coated tablets) containing three special ingredients. Thanks to its ingredients, easysleep reduces the time it takes to fall asleep and promotes a calm and restful sleep. Melatonin is a natural substance produced by the body that controls its day and night rhythms. The body can only produce melatonin in the dark; with age, the ability to produce melatonin decreases. This can disrupt your normal sleep rhythm. The result can be an increase in the time it takes to fall asleep and periods of wakefulness at night.
