Nachtruh forte is an innovative three-phase tablet for the treatment of sleep problems, made from selected plant extracts in combination with the body’s own substance – melatonin. Thanks to the gradual release in 3 phases, the ingredients contained promote faster falling asleep, maintain restful sleep, promote uninterrupted sleep throughout the night. Does not contain gluten, lactose-free, vegan, without the effect of addiction. One three-phase tablet of Nachtruh forte should be taken without chewing, with a small amount of liquid, 30 minutes before bedtime.
