Dr. Böhm St. John’s Wort 425 mg Capsules is an herbal medicine for the treatment of mental disorders that may be accompanied by loss of interest, depressed mood and lack of motivation. St. John’s Wort contains many ingredients that work together to improve mood and increase motivation. Contraindications: Dr. Böhm St. John’s Wort 425 mg Capsules should not be taken if you are allergic to St. John’s Wort or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6), if you are taking any of the following medicines at the same time: Medicines taken after an organ transplant (eg, cyclosporine, tacrolimus), medicines to treat AIDS (eg, indinavir), medicines to treat cancer (eg, irinotecan), blood thinners. Dr. Böhm St. John’s Wort 425 mg Capsules should not be taken at the same time as the following medicines, as this may reduce their effect. Due to insufficient data, use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended. Dr. St. John’s Wort Boehm 425 mg – capsules contain milk sugar (lactose). Recommended dose: Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1 capsule daily. Use in children and adolescents: Due to insufficient data, use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Directions for use: For oral administration. Capsules should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid during meals.
