Lasea is a herbal sedative used to treat anxiety in anxious mood. Active ingredients – 80 mg lavender oil, excipients – rapeseed oil, refined gelatin polysuccinate, Sorbitol 70, Glycerol 85%. Lasea should not be taken if you have liver dysfunction (liver failure); if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to lavender oil or any other component of this medicine; if you are under 18 years of age. Always take this medicine exactly as described. Suggested dose: Adults 18 years of age and older, take one softgel once daily at about the same time each day. Lasea should not be taken for longer than 3 months. The side effects listed below may occur more often. There have been no cases of overdose to date. If you forget to take Lasea, next time do not take a double dose, but continue to take the medicine as prescribed by your doctor or as described in this leaflet. Warnings and precautions – Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking Lasea if you suffer from excessive anxiety or restlessness that is difficult to control and/or if you suffer from three or more symptoms related to anxiety (such as restlessness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension, sleep disturbances) over a long period of time. You may have a mental illness that requires medical attention. The use of Lasea in patients requiring dialysis is not recommended due to the lack of clinical data. It should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. The effect of Lasea on driving ability was studied in a clinical study involving a relatively small number of healthy people. According to the results, Lasea has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and operate machinery. However, patients who feel unwell, for example due to fatigue, should not drive or operate machinery. Experimental studies have not revealed any evidence of harmful effects on pregnant women. There are no clinical data on the use of Lasea during pregnancy. Therefore, Lasea should not be used during pregnancy. The safety of Lasea during breastfeeding has not yet been studied. It is unknown whether the active substance or its metabolites are excreted in breast milk. Therefore, nursing women should not take Lasea. The soft capsules should be swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably a glass of water. Lasea should not be taken while lying down. As a precaution, Lasea should not be taken simultaneously with other medicines for anxiety disorders, sedatives or alcohol, since there are no clinical data on possible interactions. Contains fructose, invert sugar (honey), lactitol, maltitol, isomaltitol, sucrose or sorbitol. Should not be used in patients with hereditary fructose intolerance.
