1 ml of liquid contains 1 ml of complex extract (1:2) of valerian root, lemon balm herb, angelica root, hop cones and lavender flowers (25:25:20:15:15), extractant: ethanol 60% (vol./ V) .
Dosage
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day.
If you have difficulty falling asleep, it is recommended to take an additional dose of 5-10 ml 30-60 minutes before bed, taking an earlier dose with dinner if necessary.
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days while using the product, consult your doctor.
Indications
