“Compound
Active substances: dehydrocholic acid (Acidum dehydrocholicum).
1 tablet contains 250 mg of dehydrocholic acid.
Excipients: dry extract of black radish root (10-15:1) [native extract (20-30:1) 50%, maltodextrin 50%, extractant – water], mint essential oil, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch, potato starch, povidone , colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, talc, sodium lauryl sulfate, activated carbon, Aqua Polish black 081.06 coating containing: hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, talc, macrogol, black iron oxide (E 172), indigo carmine (E 132).
Dosage
Medicine for oral administration.
Adults for indigestion: 1 tablet after meals, the dose can be increased to 3 tablets per day.
Adults for constipation: 2 tablets at a time. The expected laxative effect is up to 6 hours.
Action
Rapacholine Forte increases the volume of bile secreted (by increasing the water content in it). The increased volume of bile and radish extract stimulate the emptying of the gallbladder and accelerate the transport of bile from the place of its formation to the duodenum. An increased amount of bile stimulates the colon, which has a laxative effect.
Indications
insufficient bile secretion,
upset stomach with symptoms of belching, nausea, flatulence, abdominal pain,
mild constipation (mild laxative).
Contraindications
When should you not use Rafacholine Forte:
if you are allergic to the active substance or any other ingredient of the medicine,
if the patient suffers from: chronic and acute liver diseases, acute inflammation of the Gastrointestinal Tract, obstruction of the biliary tract and Gastrointestinal Tract.”
