Pharmacological action — hypotensive.

Dosage and administration

Inside, at the same time of day, regardless of the meal, 1 time per day.

Arterial hypertension: the recommended initial dose is 1-1.25 mg (1/2 tab. 2.5 mg) 1 time per day. The dose should be selected individually depending on the dynamics of blood pressure. Maintenance doses of the drug Inhibase — from 2.5 to a maximum dose of 5 mg, 1 time per day. If, when taking a dose of 5 mg 1 time per day, blood pressure does not decrease enough, diuretics (except for potassium-sparing ones) at a low dose can be simultaneously prescribed to enhance the hypotensive effect.

Renovascular hypertension: treatment with Inhibase should be started with a dose of 0.5 mg (1/2 tab. 1 mg) 1 time per day, since in patients with renovascular hypertension, ACE inhibitors can cause a more pronounced decrease in blood pressure than in patients with arterial hypertension. The maintenance dose is selected individually.

Patients with arterial hypertension receiving diuretics: the recommended initial dose for these patients is 0.5 mg (1/2 tab. 1 mg) 1 time per day. To reduce the likelihood of symptomatic hypotension, the diuretic should be discontinued 2 to 3 days prior to initiating treatment with Inhibace. If necessary, it can then be resumed.

Elderly patients: in case of arterial hypertension, the initial dose of Inhibase is from 0.5 mg (1/2 tab. 1 mg) to 1.25 mg (1/2 tab. 2.5 mg) 1 time per day. The maintenance dose is selected individually depending on the tolerability of the drug, the patient’s response to treatment and his clinical condition.

Chronic heart failure: treatment with Inhibase® should be started with a dose of 0.5 mg (1/2 tab. 1 mg) 1 time per day under close medical supervision. Depending on the tolerability of the drug and the clinical condition, the dose is increased to the lowest maintenance dose of 1 mg / day. Further selection of the dose within the usual maintenance dose (1-2.5 mg / day) is made on the basis of the patient’s therapeutic response to treatment, his clinical condition and tolerability of the drug. The maximum daily dose is 5 mg.

Elderly patients with chronic heart failure taking large doses of diuretics should strictly observe the recommended initial dose of 0.5 mg.

Renal insufficiency: Patients with renal insufficiency may require a dose reduction depending on creatinine clearance.

Dosierung und Anwendung

Innen, zur gleichen Tageszeit, unabhдngig von der Mahlzeit, 1 Mal pro Tag.

Arterielle Hypertonie: Die empfohlene Anfangsdosis betrдgt 1-1,25 mg (1/2 Tab. 2,5 mg) 1 Mal pro Tag. Die Dosis sollte individuell in Abhдngigkeit von der Dynamik des Blutdrucks ausgewдhlt werden. Erhaltungsdosen des Medikaments Inhibase — von 2,5 bis zu einer maximalen Dosis von 5 mg, 1 Mal pro Tag. Wenn bei Einnahme einer Dosis von 5 mg 1-mal tдglich der Blutdruck nicht ausreichend sinkt, kцnnen gleichzeitig Diuretika (auЯer kaliumsparende) in niedriger Dosis verschrieben werden, um die blutdrucksenkende Wirkung zu verstдrken.

Renovaskulдre Hypertonie: Die Behandlung mit Inhibase sollte mit einer Dosis von 0,5 mg (1/2 Tab. 1 mg) 1-mal tдglich begonnen werden, da ACE-Hemmer bei Patienten mit renovaskulдrer Hypertonie eine stдrkere Blutdrucksenkung bewirken kцnnen als bei Patienten mit arterieller Hypertonie. Die Erhaltungsdosis wird individuell ausgewдhlt.

Patienten mit arterieller Hypertonie, die Diuretika erhalten: Die empfohlene Anfangsdosis fьr diese Patienten betrдgt 0,5 mg (1/2 Tab. 1 mg) 1 Mal pro Tag. Um die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer symptomatischen Hypotonie zu verringern, sollte das Diuretikum 2 bis 3 Tage vor Beginn der Behandlung mit Inhibace abgesetzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann sie dann wieder aufgenommen werden.

Дltere Patienten: Bei arterieller Hypertonie betrдgt die Anfangsdosis von Inhibase 0,5 mg (1/2 Tab. 1 mg) bis 1,25 mg (1/2 Tab. 2,5 mg) 1 Mal pro Tag. Die Erhaltungsdosis wird individuell in Abhдngigkeit von der Vertrдglichkeit des Arzneimittels, dem Ansprechen des Patienten auf die Behandlung und seinem klinischen Zustand ausgewдhlt.

Chronische Herzinsuffizienz: Die Behandlung mit Inhibase® sollte mit einer Dosis von 0,5 mg (1/2 Tab. 1 mg) 1-mal tдglich unter engmaschiger дrztlicher Ьberwachung begonnen werden. Abhдngig von der Vertrдglichkeit des Arzneimittels und dem klinischen Zustand wird die Dosis auf die niedrigste Erhaltungsdosis von 1 mg / Tag erhцht. Die weitere Auswahl der Dosis innerhalb der ьblichen Erhaltungsdosis (1-2,5 mg / Tag) erfolgt auf der Grundlage des therapeutischen Ansprechens des Patienten auf die Behandlung, seines klinischen Zustands und der Vertrдglichkeit des Arzneimittels. Die maximale Tagesdosis betrдgt 5 mg.

Дltere Patienten mit chronischer Herzinsuffizienz, die hohe Dosen von Diuretika einnehmen, sollten die empfohlene Anfangsdosis von 0,5 mg strikt einhalten.

Niereninsuffizienz: Bei Patienten mit Niereninsuffizienz kann je nach Kreatinin-Clearance eine Dosisreduktion erforderlich sein.
