“Active ingredient: liquid extract of comfrey root.

Application areas
The preparation is a medicinal product for external treatment of pain and swelling in osteoarthritis of the knee joint. degenerative origin; acute muscle pain (myalgia) in the back; Sprains, bruises and strains after sports and accidental injuries.
The active ingredient of the liquid extract of comfrey root contained in the preparation is used for external use against inflammation, swelling and pain.

Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
Depending on the size of the body area to be treated and Depending on the severity of the symptoms, apply approximately 1.2-6 g (corresponds to a 4-18 cm strip of ointment) 2-4 times a day.
Apply the ointment to the areas of the body to be treated and massage thoroughly. For more severe symptoms, an ointment can be applied. To do this, apply 10-20 g of ointment once a day and cover with suitable bandages.
