Directions
Phenazil is a cream for temporary use in case of insect bites and other localized skin irritations such as redness, burning and itching.
Excipients: Phenazil 2% glycerin cream, polyethylene glycol ester of fatty acids, stearic acid, lavender perfume essence, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, purified water.
Method of administration and dosage
Apply a light layer of Phenazil cream to the affected area, massaging until complete penetration. Repeat the application 3-4 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
Warnings
The medicine is intended for external use only. Do not use for long-term treatment. Long-term and incorrect use of the drug may lead to allergic sensitization with subsequent worsening of symptoms. In this case, treatment should be suspended to prescribe appropriate therapy. Given that the use of Phenazil can delay healing processes, it should not be used for more than 3-4 days in a row on lesions where this phenomenon occurs. In case of sunburn, do not expose the area to the sun after application. If skin rashes, irritation or burning occur, treatment should be suspended. Phenazil Cream. The cream should be applied carefully and in a thin layer in the presence of very extensive abrasions on the skin to avoid systemic absorption of the drug. Too much cream applied to very large areas of skin may lead to impaired absorption of the drug and cause drowsiness in particularly sensitive patients.”
