“Composition
Active ingredients: paracetamol 500 mg. Full list of excipients.
Excipients: povidone K-30 (E1201), pregelatinized starch (corn), sodium starch glycolate (type A), stearic acid (E570).
Directions
Paracetamol tablets 500 mg are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever.
Method of administration and dosage
Adults and children over 15 years: 1-2 tablets at a time, but no more than 6 tablets within 24 hours.
Children aged 12-15 years (body weight 40-55 kg): 1 tablet at a time, 4-6 tablets within 24 hours.
Children aged 9 to 12 years (weight 33–40 kg): 1 tablet at a time, 3–4 tablets within 24 hours. The minimum dosing interval should be 4 hours. Therefore, if pain symptoms recur, the drug can be administered again no earlier than after 4 hours.
Patients with alcoholism: the maximum dose of 4 tablets within 24 hours should not be exceeded.
Method of administration: The tablets are swallowed with a sufficient amount of water, or dissolved in a sufficient amount of water, mixed thoroughly and drunk. Repeated administration is allowed depending on recurring symptoms (pain).
Start with half a tablet (500 mg) and take 1 tablet (1000 mg) if necessary; the maximum daily dose is 4 tablets (4000 mg). The minimum dosing interval should be 4 hours. Therefore, if pain symptoms recur, the drug can be administered again no earlier than after 4 hours. Do not use in children under 15 years of age.
Warnings
Long-term or frequent use is not recommended.
Use with caution in cases of liver and kidney dysfunction, chronic alcoholism; in these cases, the daily dose should not exceed 2 g.
A single dose exceeding the maximum daily dose over several times can cause serious liver damage.
Although loss of consciousness does not occur, you should still immediately consult a doctor.
