“Compound
The active ingredient is ibuprofen.
One softgel contains 600 mg of ibuprofen.
Other ingredients (excipients): macrogol 400, potassium hydroxide 50%, capsule shell: gelatin, partially dehydrated liquid sorbitol, quinoline yellow (E 104), patent blue (E 131).

Dosage
The drug is administered orally. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
Adults: The recommended dose is 600 mg ibuprofen (1 capsule) once. If necessary, a single dose of 600 mg (1 capsule) can be repeated, maintaining an interval of 6 – 8 hours. The maximum daily dose without consulting a doctor should not exceed 1200 mg (2 capsules).

Indications
This drug is indicated for immediate short-term use in adults for acute, moderate pain of various origins:
headaches (including migraines),
toothache,
muscle and bone pain (including back pain),
post-traumatic and post-operative pain, including pain associated with dental surgery,
neuralgia,
painful menstruation.

Contraindications
When should you not use Ibum Supermax?
if you are allergic to the active substance, other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or any of the other ingredients of this medicine,
in patients who, during treatment with acetylsalicylic acid or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), experienced any allergic symptoms such as runny nose, urticaria or bronchial asthma,
in patients who have ever had a perforation (hole) or bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract associated with previous NSAID treatment,
if you have an active or recurrent gastric and/or duodenal ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding (previous severe bleeding, two or more independent episodes of confirmed ulceration or bleeding),
if you have severe liver failure or severe kidney failure,
if you have severe heart failure or coronary heart disease,
in patients with hemorrhagic diathesis (tendency to bleeding),
in the last three months of pregnancy,
if you have cerebrovascular or other active bleeding,
if you are severely dehydrated
up to 18 years old.”
