• Indications

Septanazal for adults is indicated:

to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in rhinitis and to treat damage to the nasal mucosa,
to treat non-allergic inflammation of the nasal mucosa (vasomotor rhinitis),
to treat nasal obstruction after nasal surgery.

Septanazal for adults is indicated for adults and children over 6 years of age.

• Composition
  SeptaNazal for adults does not contain preservatives. Each ml of nasal solution contains 1 mg xylometazoline hydrochloride and 50 mg dexpanthenol. One dose of nasal spray (0.1 ml of solution) contains 0.1 mg xylometazoline hydrochloride and 5.0 mg dexpanthenol.
• Dosage
  Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
  The recommended dose of Septanazal for adults is one spray in each nostril up to three times daily, as needed. The dosage depends on the individual patient’s sensitivity and clinical response.
  The recommended dose of Septanazal for adults in children over 6 years of age is one spray in each nostril up to three times daily. Consult your doctor to determine the duration of use.
  Do not use for longer than 7 days, unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Re-use is only possible after a break of several days.
