“Composition
active ingredient – ​​dexketoprofen.
1 film-coated tablet contains dexketoprofen 25 mg as dexketoprofen 36.90 mg with trometamol.
Excipients: corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), glycerol distearate, tablet coating (Opadry Y-1-7000): hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol / PEG 400.

Dosage
The drug is used orally. The dosage of Dectac depends on the type, severity and duration of pain. The recommended dosage for adults is 12.5 mg every 4-6 hours or 25 mg every 8 hours. The maximum daily dose is 75 mg. In case of acute pain, to speed up the effect, you can take the medicine 30 minutes before eating (on an empty stomach).

Action

Indications

Contraindications

people with gastric and/or duodenal ulcers or bleeding from the stomach or intestines, ulcers or perforations, especially if they occurred after taking NSAIDs;
patients with intestinal diseases with chronic inflammation, severe heart failure, moderate or severe renal failure, severe liver dysfunction;
patients with an excessive tendency to bleeding or blood clotting disorders, with severe dehydration.”
