The active substance is dequetoprofen.
1 tablet covered with a membrane contains dequetoprofen 25 mg in the form of dequetoprofen 36.90 mg with trometamol.
Excipients: corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), glycerol Distainate, tablet shell (Opadry Y-1-7000): gipromellose, dioxide titanium (E 171), macrogol/PEG 400.
Dosage
The medicine is used orally. The dosage of the delate depends on the type, severity and duration of pain. The recommended dosage for adults is 12.5 mg every 4-6 hours or 25 mg every 8 hours. The maximum daily dose is 75 mg. In acute pains to accelerate the effect, you can take the medicine 30 minutes before meals (on an empty stomach).
Action
The dex contains desketoprofen, which refers to non -al anti -inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and has painkillers, anti -inflammatory and antipyretic properties.
Indications

Contraindications
Do not use dex if:

increased sensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs;
people who currently or in the past suffer from asthma, acute allergic rhinitis, nose polyps, urticaria, angioedemic edema, whistling breathing after the use of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs;
patients who in the past, when taking ketoprofen or fibrates, observed photosensitivity reactions, photo allergic or phototoxic reactions;
people with stomach ulcers and/or duodenum or bleeding from the stomach or intestines, ulcers or perforations, especially if they arose after the use of NSAIDs;
Patients with intestinal diseases with chronic inflammation, severe heart failure, moderate or severe renal failure, severe impaired liver function;
Patients with excessive tendency to bleeding or impaired blood coagulation, with severe dehydration.”
