Scope
Dysesthesia in diabetic polyneuropathy.

Dosage
If dated Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
In case of severe discomfort in diabetic polyneuropathy, the daily dose for adults is 600 mg alpha-lipoic acid (equivalent to 1 injection vial) in the initial phase.
The injection solution is used for 2-4 weeks at the initial stage of treatment.
For continuation of treatment, 300 mg-600 mg alpha-lipoic acid in mg should be used daily in the form of capsules, tablets or coated tablets.

Contraindications
