1 mmol of excipient
It is used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of acute moderate pain, such as toothache or headache.
Dosage
The recommended dose is:
For adults:
Initial dose: take 1 film-coated tablet (400 mg ibuprofen and 100 mg caffeine). If necessary, take another dose (one film-coated tablet), but do not exceed a total dose of three film-coated tablets (1200 mg ibuprofen and 300 mg caffeine) within 24 hours. The time interval between two doses should be at least 6 hours.
If you feel that the effect of this medicine is stronger or weaker than expected, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Use in children and adolescents.
The medicine is not intended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age due to lack of data.
Duration of treatment
The duration of treatment should be a maximum of 3 days.
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to ibuprofen, caffeine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, if you have suffered from shortness of breath, asthma, runny nose, swelling or hives in the past after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other similar painkillers (NSAIDs), if you have a stomach/duodenal ulcer or bleeding (or have had this happen to you two or more times before), if you have had gastrointestinal bleeding or breakthrough in connection with previous NSAID therapy, if you suffer from severe liver or kidney dysfunction, if you suffer from severe heart failure, if you have had a brain haemorrhage or other bleeding, if you have a blood disorder whose cause is unknown, if you suffer from severe dehydration (caused by vomiting, diarrhoea or not drinking enough fluids), in the last three months of pregnancy.”
