Indications

back pain in inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the spine (sciatica, osteoarthritis, lumbago, sciatica);

pain in the joints (joints of the fingers, knees, etc.) with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis;

muscle pain (due to sprains, overexertion, bruises, injuries);

inflammation and swelling of soft tissues and joints due to injuries and rheumatic diseases (tenosynovitis, bursitis, lesions of periarticular tissues).

Contraindications

hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other components of the drug;

propensity to develop attacks of bronchial asthma, skin rashes or acute rhinitis when using acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs;

pregnancy (III trimester);

violation of the integrity of the skin in the place of the alleged gluing of the patch;

breast-feeding;

children’s age (up to 15 years).

With caution: hepatic porphyria (exacerbation); erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract; severe violations of the liver and kidneys; chronic heart failure; bronchial asthma; elderly age.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The use of the drug in pregnant women has not been studied, so the Voltaren® transdermal patch should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester due to the possibility of a decrease in uterine tone and / or premature closure of the arterial duct of the fetus.

Animal studies have not revealed any direct or indirect negative effects on pregnancy, childbirth, embryonic and post-embryonic development.

There is no data on the penetration of the drug into breast milk, so the Voltaren® transdermal patch is not recommended for use during breastfeeding.

Hinweise

Rückenschmerzen bei entzündlichen und degenerativen Erkrankungen der Wirbelsäule (Ischias, Arthrose, Hexenschuss, Ischias);

Schmerzen in den Gelenken (Finger-, Kniegelenke usw.) bei rheumatoider Arthritis, Osteoarthritis;

Muskelschmerzen (aufgrund von Verstauchungen, Überanstrengung, Prellungen, Verletzungen);

Entzündung und Schwellung von Weichteilen und Gelenken aufgrund von Verletzungen und rheumatischen Erkrankungen (Tenosynovitis, Bursitis, Läsionen des periartikulären Gewebes).

Kontraindikationen

Überempfindlichkeit gegen Diclofenac oder andere Bestandteile des Arzneimittels;

Neigung zur Entwicklung von Anfällen von Bronchialasthma, Hautausschlägen oder akuter Rhinitis bei Anwendung von Acetylsalicylsäure oder anderen NSAIDs;

Schwangerschaft (III. Trimester);

Verletzung der Unversehrtheit der Haut anstelle des angeblichen Aufklebens des Pflasters;

Stillen;

Kinderalter (bis 15 Jahre).

Mit Vorsicht: hepatische Porphyrie (Exazerbation); erosive und ulzerative Läsionen des Gastrointestinaltrakts; schwere Verletzungen der Leber und der Nieren; chronische Herzinsuffizienz; Bronchialasthma; hohes Alter.

Anwendung während der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit

Die Anwendung des Arzneimittels bei schwangeren Frauen wurde nicht untersucht, daher sollte das transdermale Voltaren®-Pflaster während der Schwangerschaft nicht angewendet werden, insbesondere im dritten Trimester, da die Möglichkeit einer Verringerung des Uterustonus und / oder eines vorzeitigen Verschlusses des Arteriengangs besteht des Fötus.

Tierexperimentelle Studien haben keine direkten oder indirekten negativen Auswirkungen auf Schwangerschaft, Geburt, embryonale und postembryonale Entwicklung gezeigt.

Es liegen keine Daten zum Eindringen des Arzneimittels in die Muttermilch vor, daher wird das transdermale Pflaster Voltaren® nicht zur Anwendung während der Stillzeit empfohlen.
