Intended use:
Symptomatic treatment of inflammatory skin lesions complicated by infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to the active substances of the preparation.
Dosage:
Outwardly. The dose and frequency of use of the drug is determined by the doctor. A thin layer of the preparation should be applied to the changed places. Avoid use on open wounds, broken skin and large areas of the body. For the treatment to be effective and as safe as possible, follow the instructions of the treating physician. Familiarize yourself with the properties of the drug described in the leaflet before using it. Before using the drug, check the expiry date stated on the package (label). Do not use this medicine after the expiry date. Store the drug in a tightly closed container, out of the reach and sight of children, in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements. This medicine has been prescribed by your doctor to treat a specific medical condition. It should not be transferred to other people or used in other circumstances without consulting a doctor.
Inform the doctor:
When you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients of the preparation. If you are pregnant or suspect that you are breastfeeding. The use of the drug during pregnancy is limited to cases where it is absolutely necessary. It is not recommended to use the drug during breastfeeding.
Side effects:
Very rare: burning sensation, erythema, exudation, itching, dry skin, folliculitis, hirsutism, acne eruption, discoloration, perioral dermatitis, contact sensitization, hypochromic anemia. The use of corticosteroids on large areas of the skin, especially in the long-term, and on damaged skin or under an occlusive dressing, as well as in infants and children, increases the risk of systemic side effects, including adrenal insufficiency. Long-term use of gentamicin may lead to superinfection with resistant microorganisms.

Objawowe leczenie zmian zapalnych skory, powiklanych zakazeniami wywolanymi przez drobnoustroje wrazliwe na substancje czynne preparatu.
Dawkowanie:
Zewnetrznie. Dawke i czestotliwosc stosowania leku ustala lekarz. Cienka warstwe preparatu nalezy nakladac na zmienione miejsca. Nalezy unikac stosowania na otwarte rany, uszkodzona skore i duze powierzchnie ciala. Aby leczenie bylo skuteczne i jak najbardziej bezpieczne nalezy przestrzegac zalecen lekarza prowadzacego. Zapoznaj sie z wlasciwosciami leku opisanymi w ulotce przed jego zastosowaniem. Przed zastosowaniem leku nalezy sprawdzic date waznosci podana na opakowaniu (etykiecie). Nie nalezy stosowac leku po terminie waznosci. Przechowuj lek w szczelnie zamknietym opakowaniu, w miejscu niedostepnym i niewidocznym dla dzieci, zgodnie z wymogami producenta. Lek ten zostal przepisany przez lekarza prowadzacego celem leczenia konkretnego schorzenia. Nie nalezy go odstepowac innym osobom ani uzywac w innych okolicznosciach bez konsultacji z lekarzem.
Poinformuj lekarza:
Gdy masz nadwrazliwosc na ktorykolwiek ze skladnikow preparatu. Jesli jestes lub przypuszczasz, ze jestes w ciazy, a takze gdy karmisz piersia. Stosowanie leku w okresie ciazy ograniczone jest do przypadkow, gdy jest to bezwzglednie konieczne. Nie zaleca sie stosowania leku w okresie karmienia piersia.
Skutki uboczne:
Bardzo rzadko pieczenie, rumien, wysiek, swiad, suchosc skory, zapalenie mieszkow wlosowych, nadmierne owlosienie, wykwity tradzikowe, odbarwienia, okoloustne zapalenie skory, uczulenie kontaktowe, niedokrwistosc niedobarwliwa. Stosowanie kortykosteroidow na duze powierzchnie skory, zwlaszcza dlugotrwale, oraz na skore uszkodzona lub pod opatrunkiem okluzyjnym, a takze u niemowlat i dzieci nasila ryzyko wystapienia ukladowych dzialan niepozadanych z niedoczynnoscia kory nadnerczy wlacznie. Dlugotrwale stosowanie gentamycyny moze prowadzic do nadkazenia opornymi drobnoustrojami.
