The medicine is a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) drug. It contains two different female sex hormones: estrogen (estradiol) and progestogen (levonorgestrel). It is used in postmenopausal women whose last menstrual period (menopause) was at least 12 months ago.
The medicine is used for
Relief of postmenopausal symptoms
During menopause, a woman’s production of her own estrogen decreases. This can cause symptoms such as hot flashes in the face, neck, and chest (called hot flashes). The medicine relieves these symptoms that occur after menopause. You will only be prescribed it if your symptoms significantly affect your daily life.
Experience in treating women over 65 years of age is limited.

Dosage:
Always use the medicine exactly as your doctor told you. If you are unsure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The patch should be used once a week, that is, the used patch is replaced with a new one every 7 days. The drug is a continuous combined hormone replacement therapy (HRT) without interruption in therapy: when one patch is removed, the next one is immediately applied. Forgetting to change the patch on time may increase the likelihood of breakthrough bleeding or spotting.
Women who have not previously used HRT can start using it at any time, as can women switching from another continuous combination HRT product.
Women switching from a sequential HRT regimen should begin taking the drug immediately after withdrawal bleeding has stopped.
Your doctor will try to give you the minimum dose needed to treat your symptoms for the shortest time possible. Please talk to your doctor if you think the effect is too strong or too weak.

If you used more than you should
Overdose is unlikely, but may result in the following symptoms:
feeling of tension in the chest;
swelling in the abdomen and pelvis;
feeling of fear/anxiety;
Irritability;
Nausea;
Vomit.
These symptoms will gradually disappear as the patch is removed. If symptoms persist, contact your doctor.

If you forget to change the patch
Please make changes immediately and then continue with your original application plan. If you forget to change the patch on time, the likelihood of breakthrough bleeding increases.
Do not use two patches at the same time to make up for a missed patch change.

If you cancel your application
Interruption of treatment may result in a return of typical menopausal symptoms caused by estrogen deficiency (for example, a feeling of heat in the face, neck and chest).

If you are scheduled for surgery
If you are scheduled for surgery, tell the doctor performing the surgery that you are taking medication. You may need to stop taking the product 4 to 6 weeks before your scheduled surgery to reduce the risk of thrombosis. Ask your doctor when you can continue use.
