“Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is ibuprofen (Ibuprofenum).
5 ml of suspension contains 200 mg of ibuprofen.
Excipients: hypromellose, xanthan gum, glycerin (E 422), sodium benzoate (E 211), liquid maltitol (E 965), sodium citrate, citric acid monohydrate, sodium saccharin (E 954), sodium chloride, strawberry flavor, purified water .
Strawberry flavor.
The medicine does not contain sugar.
Dosage
When determining the dose of ibuprofen, the patient’s body weight (BW) and age should be taken into account. The usual single dose of ibuprofen is 7 to 10 mg/kg. , up to a maximum daily dose of 30 mg/kg body weight.

The drug is taken after meals with plenty of liquid. There should be a break of at least 6 hours between doses.
For precise dosing, a dosing syringe is included in the package. Shake the bottle before use.
Children 3–5 months of age should see a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 24 hours. Children over 6 months of age should seek medical attention if the product is needed for more than 3 days or if symptoms worsen. A medicinal product intended for short-term use.
No dose adjustment is required in elderly patients or with impaired liver or kidney function.
Action
Ibufen Forte for children has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Indications
Ibufen for children is intended for short-term symptomatic treatment of:
fever of various origins (including viral infections),
pain of various origins from mild to moderate intensity (including ear pain that occurs with inflammation of the middle ear).
Contraindications
Ibufen Forte should not be used in children:
if you are allergic to ibuprofen, other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or any of the other ingredients of this medicine,
if you have had allergy symptoms in the past such as runny nose (rhinitis), angioedema, urticaria, bronchospasm, bronchial asthma after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs),
if you have or have had stomach and/or duodenal ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding,
if you have had bleeding or perforation of the Gastrointestinal Tract associated with previous treatment with NSAIDs,
if you have severe liver, kidney or heart failure,
if you have cerebrovascular bleeding or other active bleeding,
if the patient has a bleeding disorder,
if you have unexplained hematopoietic disorders such as thrombocytopenia,
if you suffer from severe dehydration (caused by vomiting, diarrhea or insufficient fluid intake),
during the last three months of pregnancy,
Do not use in children weighing less than 5 kg.”
