Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, aluminum salt of indigodisulfonic acid, macrogol 400, macrogol 6000, macrogol 20000, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, propylene glycol, hydrogenated castor oil, colloidal silicon dioxide, defatted soy flour (extracted with alkali), titanium dioxide, vanilla flavor
Valerian and hop extracts contained in ALLUNA® Sleep naturally support appropriate sleep processes by maintaining the body’s own adenosine, which causes fatigue, and the dark hormone melatonin.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the usual dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older is:
For the treatment of sleep disorders, take 1-2 film-coated tablets ½-1 hour before bedtime.
The film-coated tablet should be swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of liquid.
ALLUNA® Sleep is a continuous effect, so it makes sense to take it over a longer period of time.
