“Effective and targeted relief of muscle and/or joint pain associated with:

Suitable for acute, chronic and intermittent pain. This product is intended for patients aged 12 years and over who can use it independently. See special warnings and precautions for use.

How to use:
Tear the pack immediately before use. Do not cut the thermal envelope. Place the thermal pack with the dark thermal cells on the skin of the painful area and secure it. on parts of the body where thermal compresses should not be used. It may take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach therapeutic temperature. Remove the thermal pack after 8 hours.

Notes:
This product may cause burns/blisters. Check the skin regularly during use. If you notice irritation or skin burning, remove the product immediately. For users who are unable to use the product independently, or for users aged 12 to 18 years: supervision by a caregiver is required. The risk of burns increases with age. If you are 55 years or older, wear ThermaCare over thin clothing and not while sleeping. Talk to your doctor before use if you have diabetes, circulatory problems, heart disease or rheumatoid arthritis, or if you are pregnant. Stop use and consult a doctor if you notice any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other persistent skin changes in the application area, or if your pain persists for more than 7 days or worsens.

Each heat cell contains iron powder (approximately 2 g).
If swallowed, seek professional help immediately.
In case of contact with skin or eyes, remove the heat pack, rinse the affected area with water and seek professional help immediately.
If the heat film is damaged or torn during use, remove it. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not heat or attempt to heat in a microwave oven as ThermaCare may catch fire.

Do not use:
if the heating elements are not sealed and/or the heating shell is damaged or torn, or the packaging is damaged
with topical medications
on sore, broken or injured skin
with bruises or swelling that have developed within the last 48 hours
in people who cannot follow directions for use or cannot remove the product themselves
with other types of heat
for users under 12 years of age
on the face/scalp, chest, fingers, groin, feet or toes, back of the knee or inside of the arm or forearm, or on the lower abdomen.
Do not use the product for more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period. Do not apply the heating shell too tightly or allow the heating cells to overlap. Do not apply additional pressure to the product, such as by leaning against hard surfaces or wearing tight clothing. If the product feels too hot, stop using it or wear it over thin clothing rather than directly on the skin. To avoid increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) procedure. Keep the thermal film dry. Read the section “”Instructions for use””. In the event of a serious incident with the product, the manufacturer, authorized representative and local authorities must be informed. No special storage conditions are required for this product. At the end of use, when its thermal function has been exhausted, dispose of the product in accordance with local regulations for household waste collection and avoid release of its contents into the environment.”
